This is a catalog I designed that talks about one of the few Pie and Mash shops that still exist in London.

I analysed the space for two months and, during the process, I was able to get familiarized to the space, the people who worked there, the people who came on a daily basis...

The images were taken digitally and analog (medium format and polaroid).
